About Us

Glenn founded Kagi Consulting in 2018 having spent over 20 years in banking, accountancy, business advisory and corporate finance. Glenn’s career has included working in corporate and commercial lending in AIB, in debt advisory at Kavanagh Fennell and Deloitte and in corporate finance at Cantor Fitzgerald.

Glenn believes that delivering real value for clients can only be achieved by first knowing them as people. Honesty, commitment and integrity are guiding principles for Glenn. The long and trusted relationships that Glenn has with his clients are based on these core values.

Glenn holds both a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an Masters in Business Administration from University College Dublin and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.

Audrey joined the Kagi Consulting team in February 2021. Audrey’s core experience was garnered at AIB, where she spent nearly 20 years working in both financial control and corporate and commercial lending. Following her successful career in banking, Audrey has held roles as project manager on a large-scale EU Interreg project with University College Dublin and as in-house finance lead for a start-up pharmaceutical drug research and development company.

Audrey believes that fostering strong interaction, communication and trust is key to achieving and maintaining successful outcomes for her clients.

Audrey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from NUIG and is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants.
